Ah, cooking, where somehow spices are often just out of reach! Poor Corgi Pup needs a very tall stool to handle such a big soup pot! I have a much smaller footstool to reach various kitchen gadgets / casserole dishes / the really fancy things we use maybe once a year sorta.
The soup she's making is Tomato Basil Bisque....or would be, if Corgi Pup could reach the basil!
New coloring pages are available! First off is a page inspired by the Morning Routine comic! Although Fluff Pup and Scruffy Pup were the only pups taking a bath last time, this illustration has all the pups taking part in bubble tub fun times! Somehow, Pug Pup still has snacks nearby even though she’s all sudsy?!
The other new coloring page features the Cowpoke Pups from the Go West?! storyline! These pups are enjoying a nice campfire under the stars. I originally did this coloring page for an anthology a few years ago, and this is the first time it’s available on the internet! Neato!
It’s time for another set of coloring pages! First this month, there’s a page inspired by the Book Balance comic. Scruffy Pup shows off her snack balancing skills as Teacup Pup and Fluff Pup try to keep those books from tumbling down!
Next up is a coloring friendly version of the “Princess Pups In Spaaace!” cover. This cover is from one of my favorite Princess Pups storylines and it’s still one of my favorite cover illustrations. The pups are floating everywhere and space can be whatever color you want it to be!
If you haven’t printed any of the other coloring pages yet, you can find the entire collection over on the Coloring Pages section of the site!
Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m a major sucker for cheesy Valentine cards, the wee ones that I used to stuff into tiny envelopes when I was in elementary school. (Now they sometimes have tattoos, stickers, or lollipops attached, whaaaaat!) For this year’s Valentine comic, I realized I wanted to draw the cards in it at a large size. Then I could use the art for fun coloring pages AND also have printable, Princess Pups valentines!
Know someone who enjoys coloring? Is that someone you? Then it’s time to download and print some delightful Princess Pups coloring pages!
I specifically drew the website images of the Princess Pups at a high resolution so that they could be printed and colored separately from the wee-web-formatted versions of them. You can now pick from 4 different pages to color, or print ’em all!
Hello, hello, this is the official first day of the Princess Pups website! Princess Pups is an all-ages friendly comic about puppies who are princesses that like to party and have adventures.
Previously, the way to read Princess Pups was over on Tapas. The reason I did that several years ago is that I’m a front end web developer who gets very picky about how things looked. I wanted to just focus on making a good comic and I knew that if I built a website from scratch, I wouldn’t get much done on the comic.
While I still plan on posting to Tapas as a mirror site, I realized after finally putting out the first Princess Pups book in print (say that five times fast) that it made more sense for the pups to have their own cornered off section on the Internet. Using the swell Toochecke theme has been a big time saver. It also means that I can upload both desktop-friendly and mobile friendly versions of the comics.
