Corgi Pup is watching butterflies emerge! Wait...is that a butterfly?....
I dunno about where you live but there's been piles of cicadas where I am and they only just now slowed down. We were literally tripping over them!
Panel 1: Corgi Pup sits outside on a spring day watching some wiggling chrysalises that hang from a tree.
Panel 2: Beautiful butterflies emerge from the chrysalises and flutter about in sparkly glory! Corgi Pup watches star-struck!
Panel 3: Near a small stream, Corgi Pup watches another butterfly float from a chrysalis.
Panel 4: Corgi Pup spots what she thinks is another chrysalis that wiggles on nearby grass.
Panel 5: Impossibly close image of a cicada loudly bursting from shell with a loud “BZZZZZ”. Corgi Pup is impossibly startled.
Panel 6: Continuing its “BZZZZ” noise, the cicada latches onto a distressed Corgi Pup’s nose, possibly forever.
